H.I.I.T. Class
Tuesdays | 6:30-7:30pm
HIIT is a high-intensity, full-body workout that will challenge you both physically and mentally. This class leans heavily on cardio endurance, with a lot of bodyweight work and plyometrics mixed in. We work hard, sweat a lot, and have a ton of fun!
Killer Core
Wednesdays | 6:15-6:45pm
Come prepared to work all aspects of abdominal strength: the abs, low back, obliques, glutes and pelvic floor to develop a strengthened total core. Oh, and don’t forget those – wait for it! – side abs!
Warm Yoga
Wednesdays | 7-8pm
An eclectic blend of vinyasa yoga that focuses on postural alignment, breathing, improving your flexibility and strengthening all those little stabilizing muscles.
Strength & Conditioning
Thursdays | 6:30-7:30pm
This class is a traditional strength & conditioning circuit program, focusing on building a solid, full-body fitness base. Every week is different, sometimes focusing on low weight and high reps and other times getting after more weight for fewer reps.
Fitness
Running, HIIT workouts, strength & conditioning circuits, cycling and more – if it's gonna bring you to badass status, it's gonna be here.
Yoga
Get your namaste on with yoga flow designed to bring your physical, emotional and spiritual beings into harmonious balance.
Climbing
Sport. Trad. Alpine. Bouldering. I don't discriminate against rock climbing.
Nutrition
To crush, we need to fuel our bodies with nutrient-rich snacks and meals – with just the right balance of carbs, fats and proteins.
