Welcome to the HIIT family, Kristen and Corey! Kristen is the ladycrusher up front and center with me in the class picture. The Tuesday night HIIT class at Central Rock Randolph can be an intimidating one to walk in to, but Kristen crushed it, and we can’t wait to have her back!
All you need to do this workout is a killer playlist, a bottle of water, and a fitness mat for your comfort and pleasure. Otherwise, crank the tunes and get after it, already!

My HIIT workouts are designed so they can be done on your own, wherever you are, without needing weights or other exercise equipment. But I promise you you'll push yourself harder—and have a lot more fun—in one of my classes. Join us next Tuesday from 6:30-7:30pm at Central Rock Gym in Randolph, MA.
Your Weekly HIIT Workout
Stretch & Warm-Up: Stretching is pretty self-explanatory. Spend 5 minutes loosening up and then jump rope in place for one minute to slowly raise your heart rate.
10/15/20: Do 10 of each jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees and jump squats. Then 15 of each. Then 20 of each. No breaks, no rests.
The Back-and-Forthsies: There are six sets of two exercises. For each set, do the first exercise for 30-seconds, take a 10-second active rest, and do the second exercise for 30-seconds, followed by an active rest. Repeat the set 4x.
Toe tap hops/figure skaters
Triple treats/Heismann shuffle
Two jacks, two jabs/Suicide shuffle
Plank jacks/Push-up, pop-in
Lunge jumps/Box steps
Plyometric push-ups/Slow bicycles
Happy Abs: Burn out those abdominals with 10-minutes of targeted exercise. I can’t give away the secret to happy abs, so if you’re curious, you should probably join us in class next Tuesday, from 6:30-7:30pm at Central Rock Gym, Randolph. I also teach a targeted ab class on Wednesday nights, from 6:15-6:45. It’s a killer, and your abs will thank you for going. Well, once they recover…
